All rates are quoted in EUROS (€) per room per day and are inclusive of VAT, service charges and buffet breakfast.
CHECK-IN CHECK OUT POLICY
Check-in any time after 14:00 hrs and Check-out at 12:00 noon.
Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged at additional cost and subject to availability direct with the hotel. To request please contact reservations@rodonhotel.com
DEPOSIT
In case of bookings of 1 or 2 room nights: 100% deposit (i.e. Full Prepayment).
In case of a booking of 3 room nights and more: 2 days deposit will be charged. Remaining balance of the accommodation will be paid before departure from Hotel.

All major credit cards are accepted. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Reservations are personal and not transferable. No name changes on Reservations can be accepted either before or on arrival. If this happens, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse the offer of accommodation.
AMENDMENTS
For any amendments to confirmed online reservation, please contact us at reservations@rodonhotel.com
Any amendments to the arrival date, departure date or room type of the confirmed online reservation is subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the amend is requested and may result in a possible rate change. Also, amendments to confirmed online reservations can be made provided it is within cancellation period otherwise are liable to cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation for all reservations cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival.
For all reservations cancelled between 7 and 1 days prior to the arrival any deposit payments will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations on day of guests; arrival (no-show) or following guests; arrival at the hotel the full amount of the booked accommodation will be charged on Bed & Breakfast terms.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children of 12 years old and up will be charged the applicable extra adult supplement.
